Refund policy

Manufacturer Defects
Any damage done to your items that was the fault of our manufacturer will be completely covered by Tonal Innovation, LLC.  You are responsible for inspecting your order and we must be notified of any defects or issues within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item for a full refund from the date you received it.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  You must return your item in its original packaging.  You must also have the receipt email or proof of purchase you received at checkout.  

Shipping
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item is returned safely.
